Responsibilities

• Set and implement the export plan and target markets.
• Find new customers, agents and distributors outside Egypt.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Supervise export and shipping documents and make sure they meet the requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping, warehouses and production to deliver orders on time.
• Follow up on collections, reports and sales for each market.
• Follow export regulations and procedures in the target markets.

Sales

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Set the sales plan and achieve the monthly and annual targets.
• Manage the sales team, assign targets and follow up on performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, traders and distributors.
• Follow up on customer orders, quotations and collections.
• Analyse sales and identify growth opportunities and the most requested products.
• Coordinate with marketing and warehouses to keep products available and run promotions.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales and competitors.

Supply Chain

Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock and item movement daily.
• Plan purchasing needs so products stay available without shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on purchase orders and delivery dates.
• Follow up on receiving, storage and distribution.
• Coordinate with warehouses and sales to prepare and deliver orders on time.
• Review transport and supply costs and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on stock, missing items and open orders.

Marketing

Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and the monthly content plan.
• Write content and shoot and edit product videos and posts.
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns.
• Track campaign results, analyse performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the sales team and with suppliers or external partners.
• Help organize and represent Rich4Pet at events and exhibitions.
• Follow trends and competitors and suggest new marketing ideas.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Good level in content writing, photography and video editing.
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok ads.
• Organized and able to manage several tasks.
• Living near Maadi or easy access to Zahraa El Maadi is preferred.
• Loving pets is a big plus.
