RICH has been manufacturing pet food and treats in our own facility in Giza, Egypt since 2017. We make dry food, wet food and treats in-house, and pack cat litter from imported Turkish bentonite, for our own brands and for private label partners.

Our story

RICH pet food: from a local brand to a manufacturing partner

We started with a simple goal: make high-quality pet food in Egypt, for the Egyptian market, at a fair price.

  1. 2017

    Our own facility

    We built our production facility in Giza and started with dry dog food.

  2. Growth

    A full catalog

    We expanded into wet food, treats and cat litter, building a catalog of 58 products.

  3. Retail

    Across Egypt

    The RICH brand grew to more than 1,500 retail points in 15+ Egyptian cities, and our treats became an Amazon Egypt bestseller.

  4. Today

    Partner and exporter

    We manufacture private label products for other companies and are building export partnerships across the Middle East and beyond.

Our facility

Giza, Egypt: 300 tons a year, made in-house

Our food and treats are made in our own factory, with direct control over consistency and quality at every stage. Cat litter is packed here from imported Turkish bentonite.

    Raw ingredients are received and tested before production.

    Recipes are mixed and formed on our own lines.

  3. Drying

    Products are dried and finished in the same facility.

  4. Packaging

    Packed under RICH, our other brands, or a partner’s private label.

Quality control

Ingredient testing, batch sampling and a final inspection before any product leaves the facility.
